Avocadio Terms of Service

Effective August 5, 2026 · Published by Aqua Lotus Partners Ltd.

These Terms govern your use of Avocadio, an application that helps you create short videos from prompts, templates, and media you provide.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and be legally able to use the service in your location. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Service and AI-generated content

Avocadio uses automated systems to generate video and related media. Outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to outputs generated for other users. Review every output before publishing or relying on it. Avocadio does not guarantee a particular creative, technical, or commercial result.

3. Your content and acceptable use

You retain rights you have in prompts, images, and other material you submit. You grant Avocadio the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that material to provide and secure the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your submissions and outputs.

4. Credits and purchases

Some generation features require credits. Credit balances, pricing, and eligibility are shown in the product and are subject to change before a purchase is completed. Credits are not cash, cannot be transferred or redeemed, and may be adjusted when required to correct fraud, error, or an invalid transaction. A purchase is processed through the payment provider or app-store flow shown at checkout. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the review process.

5. Availability and support

We work to keep Avocadio available, but maintenance, provider outages, safety reviews, capacity limits, and events outside our control can interrupt or delay the service. Contact aqualotuspartners@gmail.com or +1 (541) 337-7284 for support.

6. Intellectual property

Avocadio and its software, interfaces, branding, and documentation are owned by Aqua Lotus Partners Ltd or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no license is granted. You are responsible for determining whether your use or publication of an output is lawful and appropriate.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, non-payment, legal requirements, or material breach. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue, including payment, content responsibility, disclaimers, and liability limits, survive termination.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Avocadio is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that the service or outputs will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, Aqua Lotus Partners Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the service. Any aggregate direct liability is limited to the amount you paid to Aqua Lotus Partners Ltd for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service changes or as required by law. We will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means the revised Terms apply, except where applicable law requires another form of notice.
