Avocadio Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how Avocadio reviews requests relating to web credit purchases and AI video generation services. It applies alongside applicable consumer-protection law and the purchase terms shown at checkout.
When a refund may be reviewed
- A duplicate or accidental duplicate charge occurred.
- A completed payment did not deliver the purchased credits.
- A technical failure prevented a paid generation from being submitted or completed and the credits were not restored.
- An unauthorized transaction is reported promptly so the payment can be investigated.
- Applicable law gives you a cancellation or refund right.
When a refund is normally unavailable
After credits have been consumed or a generation service has been delivered, a refund is normally not available for dissatisfaction with an output, changes of mind, or results that differ from a desired creative outcome, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Credits are not refundable for ordinary non-use once the applicable cancellation period has ended.
How to request help
Email aqualotuspartners@gmail.com or contact us on WhatsApp at +1 (541) 337-7284 with the account email, transaction ID if available, purchase date, pack, and a short description of the issue. Do not send card numbers or security codes. We may request information needed to verify the account and transaction.
We review requests using account, fulfillment, generation, and payment records. We do not promise an automatic refund or a fixed decision time. The payment provider or app store shown at checkout may process a refund or request additional payment information through its own support and compliance process.
Failed fulfillment and credits
If a payment is verified but credits were not delivered, we will first attempt to correct the account balance or complete the fulfillment. A refund may be considered when correction is not appropriate or required by law. Duplicate fulfillment is corrected through the account ledger and is not a reason to receive duplicate credits and a refund for the same transaction.
